Is the Starter Plan really free?
Yes! The Starter Plan is not a trial and it’s free forever, with no need for a credit card on file. For premium features, choose one of our paid plans.
What is a production?
A production is a content provider. This includes editorials, networks, shows, studios, films, record labels, music artists, actors, and creators.
Can I use Mirinly for productions that aren’t part of your network yet?
Definitely!
Users on the Professional and Executive plans can receive requests from anyone via their digital showrooms.
If you are on the Starter plan, you can direct the production to create a (free) Mirinly account at pulls.mirinly.com/signup so that they can request items from you within Mirinly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade your subscription anytime from the Starter Plan to the Professional Plan or Executive Plan.
Once you are on the Professional Plan, you can upgrade to the Executive Plan or downgrade to the Starter Plan anytime.
If you downgrade from any plan, you will not receive a refund and you will continue to be charged for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Do I have to pay annually?
Nope! Payments are made monthly (or annually) and you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time within your Mirinly account.
What is your refund policy?
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No. You can cancel anytime, right from your Mirinly account.
What are my payment options?
You can use your debit or credit card to pay for any plan. All of our payments follow USD pricing.
How secure is MIRINLY?
Protecting the data you trust to Mirinly is our first priority. Mirinly uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SOC2 certified data centres, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information, and work with third party security researchers to ensure our practices are secure.
